- 1 c. Carrots -- grated
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 3/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Honey

- Mix honey and water together. Add in to the remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled or possibly non-stick round cake pan or possibly 8" x 8" pan. Bake for 30 min at 375 degrees.
