- For the sauce:
- A batch of homemade mayonnaise, made with one egg yolk
- A shot or two of Worcestershire sauce
- A squeeze of fresh lemon
- Salt and white pepper
- A few spoonfuls of milk, enough to achieve a sauce-like consistency
