- 1 1/2 tsp Coconut extract (that is Fat-free)
- 1/2 c. Water

- Preheat oven at 350. Place fillets in baking pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 min.
