Ingredients: 2 lb stew meat (to 3 lbs); 1/4 c. butter; 3 quart water; 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper; 1 Tbsp. salt; 1 1/2 c. minced carrots; 3 med potatoes peeled, cubed; 1 c. minced celery; 1/4 c. dry onions; 1/2 c. barley; 6 x cubes beef bouillon

Ингредиенты

2 lb stew meat (to 3 lbs)
1/4 c. butter
3 quart water
1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. minced carrots
3 med potatoes peeled, cubed
1 c. minced celery
1/4 c. dry onions
1/2 c. barley
6 x cubes beef bouillon

Инструкции

Brown meat in butter. Add in all remaining ingredients. Pressure for 20 min. Or possibly you can simmer in a crockpot on low for several hrs, or possibly cook in a large pot on the stove over low heat for 2 to 3 hrs.
