Рецепт Calzones (Prepare Ahead Meal)

Ингредиенты
- 2 x loaves frzn regular bread dough
- 6 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 c. spaghetti sauce

- Thaw dough. Cut each loaf into 5 pcs. Roll each piece out flat into approximately 7 inch squares. Fold each square over a handful of shredded cheese and healthy pinch edges together. Put each turnover in a sandwich bag. Put 5 turnovers and 1 qt freezer bag of sauce into a 1 gallon freezer bag. Do the same with the remaining 5 turnovers. Freeze.
- To prepare for serving: Thaw sauce. Heat until bubbly. Bake frzn turnovers on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam for 15 min at 350 degrees until golden. Ladle sauce on top! Or possibly put sauce in small dish and dip turnovers! Enjoy!
- Idea: Stuff each turnover with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Or possibly stuff with ham and Swiss cheese.
- NOTES :***All "Prepare Ahead Meals" can be eaten immediately without prior freezing. I usually make a double batch and freeze one for future meals or possibly for covered dish events.
