- 1/2 c. onion minced
- 1/2 c. sweet red peppers minced
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 14 1/2 ounce no salt added whole tomatoes undrained and minced
- 8 ounce no salt added tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Burgundy
- 1/4 c. oregano minced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 lb bay scallops
- 1/2 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 10 ounce baby clams liquid removed

- Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over med-high heat till warm.
- Add in minced onion, sweet red pepper, and chopped garlic; saute/fry till tender. Add in tomato, tomato sauce, and Burgundy, stirring well to combine.
- Add in oregano and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Bring vegetable mix to a boil over medium heat; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min. Add in scallops, shrimp, and clams to vegetable mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 7-8 min or possibly till scallops and shrimp are done. Ladle into individual bowls.
