- 2 c. All purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Soda Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple Icing
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Pecans
- 1 stk of margarine
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 sm Can of Pet lowfat milk

- Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet lowfat milk. Boil for 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake.
