Рецепт Buttermilk Dinner Rolls
Fluffy, soft yeast rolls. Will freeze well.
Ингредиенты
- Scant tbs. yeast
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 1/4 c AP flour
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
Инструкции
- Mix liquid ingredients together, sift in dry ones.
- Mix well and let rise covered 1 hour, or until doubled (depends on temperature)
- Shape, let rise 45 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brush tops of rolls with butter.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Note: I bake 2 pans of 7 in 9 inch pie plates, or 16 rolls in a 9x13.
- To freeze: let cool completely, cover in plastic and put in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
