- 1 pkt fudge brownie mix (18 or possibly 19 ounce. size)
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. minced nuts

- Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min. 20 to 24 squares.
