Ингредиенты
- 4 tsp margarine
- 5 tsp flour
- 3 x beef bouillon cubes
- 3 c. water warm
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown gravy
Инструкции
- Heat margarine Stir in flour. Cook and stir for 5 min. Dissolve cubes in warm water and gradually add in to flour, stirring constantly till mix is thickened and smooth. Add in pepper and garlic and simmer 20 min. Add in tomato sauce and coloring and cook 5 min longer.
- NOTES : I use this sauce for the chicken piccata you wil find in this book.
