- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cl garlic, crushed
- 2 c. broccoli pcs, cooked and liquid removed
- 2 c. cooked fettuccine, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan and saute/fry garlic till golden. Remove and throw away. Add in the broccoli to the pan, shaking and stirring five to 10 min, or possibly till heated through. Add in the pasta and stir till heated through. Turn into a platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
