- 2 box Cornbread Mix, Jiffy
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 c. Cottage Cheese
- 1 box Frzn Broccoli

- Mix all ingredients. Put cornbread mix from box (don't mix as directions on box).
- Grease a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees till brown, about 30 to 40 min. Watch carefully - don't over bake.
