Ингредиенты

2 c. cooked Chicken breast (reserve broth)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 box Frzn Broccoli Florets (Thawed)
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. Lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Инструкции

Place Broccoli in oven safe 8 x 12 casserole dish, cut Chicken in small pcs and put over Broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice. Add in sufficient broth to make pourable soup. Pour over Chicken and Broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Cook in 350 degree oven until bread crumbs are brown and soup is bubbly. Serve warm over cooked rice. Add in your favorite salad to complete the meal.
