- 3 1/2 c. sifted swans down cake flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 x egg whites, stiffly beaten.
Инструкции
- Sift flour once, measure, add in baking pwdr, and sift together three more time.
- Cream butter thoroughly, add in sugar gradually, and cream together till light and fluffy.
- Add in flour, alternately with liquid, a small amount at a time. Beat after each addition till smooth.
- Add in vanilla; mix in egg whites.
- Bake in greased pan, 11x7x2 inches, in moderate oven (325degrees) 50 min, or possibly till done.
- Spread with seven Minute Frosting.
