I grew up on soul food and enjoy cooking that today as well as other cuisines. I have had the pleasure of living in Spain and England and thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoy travel and cooking and sharing those experiences with my friends. I am a wife and mother and one way that I show my love is through food using recipes that have been handed down to me from my grandmother and mother as well as trying new recipes. I am interested in meeting other food lovers, reading your stories and trying your recipes.

My grandmother & mother's soul food. Friends and famiy with Italian and Puerto Rican heritages as well as all American fare. My family loves, loves LOVES authentic Mexican food. I find that I have yet to be steered wrong by either Alton Brown or Tyler Florence.
