- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp. melted butter

- Place bread in buttered casserole. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter; pour over bread. Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
