- 1 gallon cucumbers (or possibly zucchini), peeled and diced
- 4 lg. onions, grnd
- 2 green peppers, grnd
- 2 red peppers, grnd
- 2 ounce. pimentos, grnd
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 teaspoon turmeric
Инструкции
- Combine all ingredients but 2 Tbsp. flour and 1/4 c. vinegar. Cook for 20 min. Add in flour with 1/4 c. vinegar. Cook to a good boil, stirring so it will not burn. Throw away bag of seasonings and put relish in bottle. Makes approximately 6 pints.
