- 1 pkg. frzn green beans
- 1 pkg. frzn baby carrots
- 3 lg. baking potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1/2 of a lg. onion, minced
- 1 c. or possibly more mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Cook green beans till tender. Cook carrots till tender. Cook potatoes till tender. Drain and cold completely. Toss together in a large bowl; then add in remaining ingredients to taste. (This will taste like potato salad with a twist.) Refrigerate1 hour or possibly longer.
