- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs room temperature
- 2 c. flour, all-purpose
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. boysenberries fresh or possibly frzn
- 4 tsp sugar

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 18 1/2 c. muffin c.. Using electricmixer, cream 1/2 c. butter and 1 1/4 c. sugar in large bowl. Add in Large eggs one ata time, beating will after each addtion. Sift flour, baking pwdr and saltinto small bowl. Mix dry ingredients into butter mix alternately with lowfat milk.
- Mix in berries. Divide batter among prepared c.. Sprinkle the 4 teaspoon sugarover. Bake till tester inserted in centers comes out clean. About 30 min.
- Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
