Рецепт Szechuan braised chicken wings
Chicken wings are great for watching sporting events; small, easy to hold, delicious and meaty. A great snack! I just served it this weekend in my house that is full of testosterone. I could not refill the dish fast enough. It was easy, since all the wings were cooked in one pot dish and it only took an hour for juicy, spicy chicken wings.

- 24 chicken wings
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp red pepper crushed
- 2 large sugar rocks
- 3 star anises
- 1 lemon juiced

- Cook all ingredients in boiling water; turn to simmer for 30 minutes until all liquid are gone.
- Add lemon juice and mix well. Ready to serve, enjoy!
