Ingredients: 12 c. Tomatoes, peeled and minced; 3 c. Celery, minced; 2 c. Onion, minced; 1 c. Green pepper, minced; 1/4 c. Salt; 2 c. Sugar; 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Pepper; 1 1/2 tsp Mixed pickling spice; 1 c. White vinegar

Ингредиенты

12 c. Tomatoes, peeled and minced
3 c. Celery, minced
2 c. Onion, minced
1 c. Green pepper, minced
1/4 c. Salt
2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Mixed pickling spice
1 c. White vinegar

Инструкции

Combine 1st five ingredients and let stand overnight. Drain in colander but don't press. Place in a large kettle and add in remaining ingredients
(pickling spice in cheesecloth). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Fill jars and process for 10 min. Fills 12 - 8oz. jars.
