Ингредиенты

  • 12 c. Tomatoes, peeled and minced
  • 3 c. Celery, minced
  • 2 c. Onion, minced
  • 1 c. Green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. Salt
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mixed pickling spice
  • 1 c. White vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Combine 1st five ingredients and let stand overnight. Drain in colander but don't press. Place in a large kettle and add in remaining ingredients
  2. (pickling spice in cheesecloth). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Fill jars and process for 10 min. Fills 12 - 8oz. jars.
