- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounce.)
- 2 (1 ounce.) slices cooked ham
- 2 slices Jarlsburg, Muenster or possibly other cheese (about 1 ounce.)
- 2 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon butter, melted

- 1. To create a packet, cut each chicken breast half horizontally, almost but not all the way through, cut each ham and cheese slice lengthwise in half. Place slice of ham and cheese in each packet.
- 2. Combine bread crumbs and paprika. Brush chicken with melted butter, then coat with crumbs. In 12 x 8 inch baking dish, arrange chicken with meater portions towards edges of dish. Cook covered with wax paper on high 7-9 min till juice runs clear, when chicken is tested with a knife; rotate dish halfway through cooking.
- Microwaves vary - may need more cooking. Each serving 230 calories, 9 g fat. 87 mg cholesterol, 425 mg sodium.
