- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Lowfat milk, warm
- 2 c. Cake flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr Icing Powdered sugar Lowfat milk Peanuts or possibly pecans, minced fine or possibly grnd

- Heat butter in warm lowfat milk. Beat the Large eggs with a rotary beater till light; beat in sugar, salt, vanilla and butter mix. Sift flour and baking pwdr together; beat in quickly. Pour into a greased 13x9" pan. Lb. the pan several times to remove any air bubbles. Bake for 25-35 min at 350 . Cold the cake and cut in 4x1" pcs. Cover all sides with icing made of powdered sugar and lowfat milk to your desired consistency.
- Roll in nuts of choice.
