  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, warm
  • 2 c. Cake flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr Icing Powdered sugar Lowfat milk Peanuts or possibly pecans, minced fine or possibly grnd

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter in warm lowfat milk. Beat the Large eggs with a rotary beater till light; beat in sugar, salt, vanilla and butter mix. Sift flour and baking pwdr together; beat in quickly. Pour into a greased 13x9" pan. Lb. the pan several times to remove any air bubbles. Bake for 25-35 min at 350 . Cold the cake and cut in 4x1" pcs. Cover all sides with icing made of powdered sugar and lowfat milk to your desired consistency.
  2. Roll in nuts of choice.
