- 4 tbsp Sugar or icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Black sesame paste
- 320ml Fresh topping cream (non-dairy)

,%20helping%20to%20keep%20your%20skin%20and%20hair%20soft.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20is%20the%20recipe%20adapted%20from%E6%B8%85%E6%80%A1%E7%94%9C%E7%82%B9%20with%20some%20modication%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESponge%20Cake%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20large%20Eggs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E125g%20Optima%20flour%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E30g%20Water%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20tbsp%20Black%20sesame%20paste%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E40g%20Corn%20oil%20(to%20be%20added%20last)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20all%20the%20ingredients%20together%20until%20thick%20and%20fluffy%20at%20high%20speed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELower%20speed%20gradually%20add%20in%20black%20sesame%20paste,%20mix%20well%20and%20lastly%20add%20corn%20oil%20into%20it,%20mix%20well%20again.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20batter%20into%202%20pieces%208%20inches%20(lined)%20square%20tray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20at%20preheated%20oven%20180C%20for%20about%208-10%20mins.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20cake%20from%20cake%20tray%20immediately%20after%20baked.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELeave%20to%20cool%20on%20wire%20rack.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBoil%20sugar%20syrup%20for%20brushing%20on%20sponge%20cake%20before%20adding%20mousse%20on%20it.%20-%20200ml%20water%20and%2070g%20sugar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoak%20gelatine%20powder%20with%20water%20for%205%20minutes%20and%20heat%20it%20over%20a%20hot%20water%20bath.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20sugar%20and%20black%20sesame%20paste%20to%20the%20yoghurt,%20stir%20well%20until%20sugar%20dissolved%20then%20slowly%20pour%20in%20gelatine%20(cool%20down%20gelatine%20a%20little%20if%20it%20is%20still%20hot),%20stir%20well%20again.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhip%20up%20fresh%20topping%20cream%20to%20soft%20peak%20form%20and%20mix%20into%20the%20black%20sesame%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20Assemble%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20first%20layer%20of%20sponge%20cake%20at%20the%20bottom%20with%20a%20square%20cake%20ring.%20Brush%20sugar%20syrup%20on%20cake.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20half%20of%20the%20black%20sesame%20yoghurt%20mousse%20onto%20the%20sponge%20cake%20and%20spread%20the%20mousse%20evenly%20with%20a%20palette%20knife.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20second%20layer%20of%20the%20sponge%20cake%20(brush%20sugar%20syrup)%20onto%20the%20mousse%20and%20spread%20remaining%20mousse%20on%20it.%20Using%20a%20scraper%20to%20level%20the%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChill%20the%20cake%20for%20at%20least%204%20hours%20or%20till%20overnight.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20a%20sharp%20knife%20and%20run%20it%20around%20the%20edge%20of%20the%20cake%20to%20loosen%20the%20cake%20from%20the%20cake%20ring%20and%20trim%20sides%20of%20cake.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDecorate%20as%20desired%20with%20some%20toasted%20black%20sesame%20seeds%20on%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20submitting%20this%20recipe%20to%20Food%20palette%20series%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
