- 1 can Black beans Flour or possibly Whole wheat tortilla Non fat lowfat sour cream Minced onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, black olives and any other Minced veggies you like

- Heat black beans uncovered in the microwave for approximately 3 mins. When hot but not steaming warm scoop onto tortilla, add in lowfat sour cream and minced veggies, roll up and enjoy.
- I usually eat some salsa and low fat baked tostitios and vegetarian refried beans with this meal, it is very filling.
