Ingredients: 3/4 c. cooked black beans; 1 lb stew beef cubed; 3 Tbsp. bacon grease; 1/4 c. minced onion; 1/4 c. minced green peppers; 1/2 c. diced green chilies; 3 Tbsp. tomato paste; 3 x beef bouillon cubes - (to 4) or possibly beef base; 1/4 tsp grnd cumin; 1 tsp chopped garlic; 1/2 tsp salt Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste; 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or possibly cheddar cheese

Ингредиенты

3/4 c. cooked black beans
1 lb stew beef cubed
3 Tbsp. bacon grease
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green peppers
1/2 c. diced green chilies
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 x beef bouillon cubes - (to 4) or possibly beef base
1/4 tsp grnd cumin
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or possibly cheddar cheese

Инструкции

Brown stew beef in bacon grease with onion and green pepper. Combine all ingredients except cheese and cook 6 to 8 hrs on LOW.
Sprinkle cheese over individual servings.
