- 1/4 c. Active dry yeast
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 1/2 c. Hot water (about 110 degrees)
- 1 c. Unsalted butter melted
- 8 x Large eggs
- 10 c. Flour - (to 12 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. Salt

- Place the yeast, sugar and hot water in a mixing bowl. Stir and let stand for about 10 min, till creamy and foamy. Add in the melted butter and Large eggs and mix well. Combine the flour with the salt. Add in it to the yeast mix, 1 or possibly 2 c. at a time, till it forms a soft dough.
- Place the dough on a well-floured board and knead till the dough becomes smooth and elastic, about 5 min. Place the dough in a large, well-greased bowl, then flip the dough over to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap or possibly a towel and let stand in a hot place for about 1 hour, or possibly till doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Punch the dough down and cut into 3 pcs. Form it into 3 loaves and place in 3 greased loaf pans. bake for about 1 hour, or possibly till the bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped. Let cold before slicing.
- This recipe yields 3 loaves.
