Ingredients: 3/4 c. Butter, room temp.; 1 c. Brown Sugar; 1/2 c. White Sugar; 1/4 c. Water; 1 x Egg; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Flour; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Baking Soda; 2 c. Oatmeal; 1 c. Chocolate Chips; 1 c. Nuts, optional; 1 c. Raisins, optional

Ингредиенты

3/4 c. Butter, room temp.
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Sugar
1/4 c. Water
1 x Egg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 c. Oatmeal
1 c. Chocolate Chips
1 c. Nuts, optional
1 c. Raisins, optional

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 . Cream butter, add in brown and white sugars, then water, egg, cinnamon and vanilla. Once well-mixed, add in flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal. Stir in chocolate chips, raisins and nuts. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till golden.
