Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Beef for stew; 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine; 1 1/2 c. Beef bouillon; 2 Tbsp. Ketchup; 1 sm Garlic clove, crushed; 1 tsp Salt; 8 ounce Sliced mushrooms; 1 med Onion, minced; 3 Tbsp. Flour; 1 c. Lowfat sour cream; 3 c. Warm cooked noodles, (up to 4)

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lb Beef for stew
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
1 1/2 c. Beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 sm Garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp Salt
8 ounce Sliced mushrooms
1 med Onion, minced
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. Lowfat sour cream
3 c. Warm cooked noodles, (up to 4)

Инструкции

Dredge beef in flour and salt. Heat butter or possibly margarine in large skillet and add in beef and onion. Cook over medium heat till browned. Place beef bouillon, ketchup, garlic and mushrooms in crock pot and mix. Add in cooked beef and onions. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hrs. Add in lowfat sour cream, cover and cook for 30-45 min (don't let mix boil). Serve over warm cooked noodles.
