- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp honey
- 8 ounce macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

- Crumble grnd beef in skillet. Add in seasonings and water, onions., mushrooms and parsley. Cook till onions are transparent and meat is slightly brown. Add in tomatoes and honey. Cover and simmer 20 min. While meat is cooking, boil macaroni in salted water according to directions.
- Drain; toss in butter. Turn into deep casserole. Pour meat mix over and mix lightly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
