Ингредиенты

  • 30 lbs fresh chicken tenders (washed)
  • 4 gals BBQ sauce
  • 1 1/2 bottle honey
  • 1/2 cup chili powder

Инструкции

  1. Mix BBQ sauce and honey together until consistent.
  2. Toss and coat chicken tenders with sauce mixture.
  3. Saute in tilt kettle on medium heat, cook through (be careful not to burn the sauce).
  4. Serve in batches.
