- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil Kosher salt, to taste Freshly grnd black pepper, to taste

- In a blender or possibly food processor, combine the mint, basil, pinenuts, and Roasted Garlic. With the machine running, slowly add in the extra virgin olive oil to make a smooth paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
