- 1 c. cooked brown rice
- 2 ounce. breast of chicken, cooked
- 1 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Water

- Spray a stick-free pan with Pam. Place lemon juice, Tamari soy sauce, brown rice, and chicken in pan. Cook on medium heat. Cook quickly, stirring constantly. You may add in a little water or possibly white wine if it becomes dry while cooking. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to cover rice and chicken. Use any fresh vegetables while cooking, if you like.
