  1. Bring water, sugar and lemon juice to a boil. Simmer for few minutes. Chop almonds fine and fry them in warm butter together w/ semolina till golden brown. Add in warm syrup slowly stirring constantly over low heat till thickened. Remove from heat & cover. Let it cold. Pour into indiv.
  2. greased molds. Unmold & serve hot. Decorate w/ almond and dollop of cream.
  3. OF TURKISH COOKING" BY NESET EREN.
