Рецепт Barbeque Beans & Rice
This creation came about when I was looking around the kitchen one night trying to figure out how to make a meal out of random bits of leftovers. Measurements are approximate & variations are numerous :-)
Ингредиенты
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked, drained pinto beans
- 1 cup smoked sausage, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp maple (flavored) syrup
- 1/2 tbsp (prepared) mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Start by slightly sauteing the onions in a tiny bit of olive oil in a casserole dish.
- Stir in the other ingredients.
- Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until slightly crispy on top.
