- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 T orange marmalade (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed basil
- Dash of Tabasco sauce

- Put together all ingredients and place in a saucepan to simmer. Cool to room temperature. Pour over London Broil and let stand in refrigerator at least 4-5 hrs. Spoon sauce over meat occasionally to baste. Warm meat and sauce to room temperature. Place 4 inches above hot coals. Broil 15 min on each side, basting frequently.
