Ингредиенты
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 lg. garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 ounce. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ounce. soy sauce
- 4 ounce. Heinz or possibly Blue Plate barbecue sauce
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 c. catsup
- 4 tbsp. barbecue seasoning
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. water

- Place onion, garlic and butter in large saucepan; cook for 15 min. Add in remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Continue to stir while cooking on medium heat for 1 minute. Turn to simmer and let cook for 1/2 hour. Makes sufficient for 5-7 chickens. Yields 2 qts.
