- 3 c. Minced Spanish Sweets from
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 c. Tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Beer
- 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Black pepper
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onions and garlic in oil in a large saucepan over medium heat till softened. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer till slightly thickened, about 15 min. Serve hot.
- Makes 6cups.
- This sauce accompanies the fried onion.
