- 1/2 x Green pepper, deseeded and finely minced
- 125 gm Red Leicester cheese, grated (4oz)
- 1 x 142 millilit natural low fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp. Low calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce A dash of Tabasco sauce Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
