- 4 cube steaks
- 1/4 c. flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp. drippings
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Инструкции
- Dredge steaks with flour. Season. Brown steaks in drippings. Add in minced onion and brown lightly. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and cook slowly till meat is tender, approximately 30 min or possibly more.
