- 2 tsp Butter, plus more for greasing
- 6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 6 x Ripe Bananas, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. Dark Rum
- 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream

- Preheat the oven to 425F. Use the butter to grease a round or possibly rectangular dish. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar.
- Cut bananas in half lengthwise and arrange cut sides down in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and dot with butter. Bake for 6-10 min or possibly till the sugar melts and the bananas turn a golden.
- Remove from the oven, add in the rum and ignite to flambe the bananas. Serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
