Ingredients: 2 med bananas peeled; 1 tsp vanilla extract or possibly 2" vanilla bean; 1 c. sugar syrup; 3 c. vodka

Ингредиенты

2 med bananas peeled
1 tsp vanilla extract or possibly 2" vanilla bean
1 c. sugar syrup
3 c. vodka

Инструкции

Mash the bananas, and add in the vanilla and cooled syrup to the vodka. Shake gently, steep for 1 week. Strain and filter. Drink now, or possibly age 2-3 months for best results.
Double the sugar for "Creme de Banana".
Optional flavorings: a healthy pinch of cloves, a piece of cinnamon stick.
