Ингредиенты

  • 2 med bananas peeled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or possibly 2" vanilla bean
  • 1 c. sugar syrup
  • 3 c. vodka

Инструкции

  1. Mash the bananas, and add in the vanilla and cooled syrup to the vodka. Shake gently, steep for 1 week. Strain and filter. Drink now, or possibly age 2-3 months for best results.
  2. Double the sugar for "Creme de Banana".
  3. Optional flavorings: a healthy pinch of cloves, a piece of cinnamon stick.
