- 1 x Egg -- beaten
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Melted shortening
- 4 x Hard bananas
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sifted flour
Инструкции
- Combine egg, lowfat milk and shortening. Add in to sifted dry ingredients and blend till smooth. Peel and cut bananas into 1/2 inch pcs. Roll in flour and dip into batter (above), coating banana pcs. Drop from spoon into deep fat at 375 degrees and fry 4 to 6 min till proportionately browned. Drain and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
