- 1 pkt Band Noodles cooked
- 2 slc Bacon
- 1 c. Pork,beef (diced) or possibly
- 1 c. Cooked peeled shrimp with Diced Onion, garlic.broccoli, Cauliflower, cabbage,celery,sprouts
- 1/2 can Water chestnuts
- 1/2 can Bamboo shoots
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Ginger, fresh, minced or possibly
- 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger
- 1 x salt and pepper

- These Indonesian noodles are wonderful for cooking with left over meats, or possibly little pcs of vegetables, still in the refrigerator at the end of the month.
- Saute/fry the bacon, add in the oil and saute/fry all the vegetables, add in meat till just warmed through. Toss with the noodles and bring to taste with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
