- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. chopped shallot
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

- Mix oil with drippings. Whisk in vinegar, shallots, garlic and brown sugar.
- Stir over medium heat.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
