Name: Baker's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 c. (2 sticks) Softened butter or possibly margarine; 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar; 3/4 c. Granulated sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. Coarsely minced nuts (opt); 1 pkt (12 ounce) semi-sweet real Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Ингредиенты

2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c. (2 sticks) Softened butter or possibly margarine
3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 x Large eggs
1 c. Coarsely minced nuts (opt)
1 pkt (12 ounce) semi-sweet real Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Инструкции

Mix flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and Large eggs till light and fluffy. Blend in flour mix. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop from tsp., 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for about 10 min or possibly till golden.
Makes about 6 dozen.
