- 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. pumpkin, (canned or possibly fresh)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pch salt & baking soda, (ea.)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla cinnamon sugar, (or possibly just cinnamon) for topping
Инструкции
- Put the butter in a dish or possibly pan measuring 8x8, 9x9, or possibly 7x11; heat while heating the oven to 450^. Put remaining ingredients in blender and whirl till smooth. Pour into the melted butter and sprinkle top with cinnamon (or possibly cinnamon-sugar).
- Bake for 25-30 min. Serve as a side dish.
